How to Return Your Chromebook

Unopened Box:

If the Chromebook is still in its unopened box, simply print and affix the return label to the package.

Opened Box (Withdrawing):  

If the box has been opened and you are returning the Chromebook, please ensure you include all accessories, including the power adapter. If you need a box, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Box needed for the Chromebook” and include your student’s name and address so we can send a box as soon as possible.

If you do not have access to a printer, please contact us at [email protected] with “Label needed for the Chromebook” as the subject line, along with your student’s name and the address where the label should be mailed.

STOP - Important Notice

This return process is only for students who are:

  • Withdrawing from California Online Public Schools.

  • In possession of an extra Chromebook.

If you are in need of a shipping box or return label mailed to you – please submit a ticket by emailing [email protected] 

Do not use this process for broken or damaged Chromebooks.

If your Chromebook is broken or damaged, please email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue. Include your name and address, and we will send you a replacement device. 

If you have the original box the Chromebook came in, please use that to return the broken device. If not, once you receive the new Chromebook, use the box it comes in to return the damaged one, including the old power adapter.
